Ways to raise money for Amphibian and Reptile Conservation

Amphibian and Reptile Conservation encourages a wide audience to take part in the hands-on conservation of amphibians and reptiles. This can  can apply to fundraising too...

Raising money for Amphibian and Reptile Conservation is a great way of supporting the conservation work we undertake, plus it raises awareness of amphibians and reptiles and the ongoing threats that they face.

Here's some ideas to get you started:

Bring-and-buy sales

Auctions

Sponsored runs/walks

Parties and concerts

Fete/festival games - hopping frog contests (plastic ones!).

Be creative! The best fundraising ideas are fun, and tell a really good story. If people know why you’re so committed to raising money, they’re much more likely to put their hand in their pockets.

If you're thinking about raising money for Amphibian and Reptile Conservation please let us know, even if your ideas are at a very early stage. We can provide information that might be useful, for instance regarding insurance or health and safety.

Hop to it! If you're interested in raising money for Amphibian and Reptile Conservation we'd be delighted to hear from you. You can email enquiries@arc-trust.org or phone 01733 558844 (office hours: 9am-5pm; Mon-Fri).
