ARC staff will be running an Amphibian and Reptile Identification and Monitoring course at Moreton Morrell College, Warwickshire, on Sat/Sun 21st & 22nd April (10:30am-10pm Sat, 10am-2pm Sun). The course is designed for volunteer surveyors who want to improve or develop their skills, including taking part in National Amphibian and Reptile Recording Scheme (NARRS) surveys. A central goal of this training is to generate data from volunteer surveys that will contribute to the National Amphibian and Reptile Recording Scheme (NARRS), and other volunteer schemes. There will be a small charge to cover materials.

Please register each participant as places are limited!

Booking confirmation will be sent by email and full details will be e-mailed 1 - 2 weeks prior to the course.

We will try to arrange a pub meal nearby (at your own cost) for Saturday evening, followed by torching for newts. Please indicate your interest during registration so that we can gauge numbers.

Registration closes on Thursday, 12th April. For further details e-mail [email protected]
