(For classroom based lessons staff to student ratios must be compliant with those recommended by the Local Authority. For education at heathland sites the following OEAP guidelines for staff to student ratios must be met; as a minimum Years 1 to 3: 1:6, Years 4 to 6: 1:10, Years 7 upwards: 1:15. The ARC Education Officer is to be supernumerary to these requirements.)
