Employee Action Days

Employee Action Days (EADs) are a great way to benefit your employees, whilst demonstrating that your company supports nature.

Benefits to your company and employees

  • A day tailored to your company’s needs, with fresh air and exercise for employees.
  • Promoting team-building and employee bonding, particularly valuable for mixing staff from different departments.
  • Showing your company’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) values, and helping to achieve specific CSR objectives, such as number of volunteering days per year.
  • Employees leave with a sense of achievement, feeling refreshed, energised and motivated. This can have tangible benefits for staff retention and recruitment.

Making a difference

  • Corporate teams help ARC to make a positive difference to the conservation of amphibians, reptiles and other biodiversity.
  • Employees make a real difference by helping with habitat management work such as creating nature areas, digging ponds and planting trees.
  • Details of your particular task will depend on the location and date of your EAD.

What to expect

  • A great day out!
  • ARC takes care of the insurance, risk assessment, tools, materials, supervising staff and a safety briefing.
  • Details relevant to your particular team day will be agreed at the time of booking.

Price

  • As a charity ARC needs to ensure our costs are covered, in order to provide you with a tailored team building day.
  • Our requested minimum donation is £75 per person. This covers ARC administration and staff time to plan and lead the day, as well as materials and equipment.
  • Please let us know of any cancellations within at least 14 days to avoid costs being incurred by the charity. Any cancellations after this time will be invoiced in full.

For further information and to book your team day out, please contact:
