ARC's Great Crested Newt Detectives Project Officer Pete Minting is providing a number of events for volunteers in Scotland this spring. For more details of individual events, please email [email protected]. All events are free, apart from the all-day course at Edinburgh Zoo, for which there is a small charge (£40).

• Wednesday 19 April (evening) Douglas Community Centre, Dundee.

Pete will also be providing a report on the first year (2016) of the Great Crested Newt Detectives Project at The Wildlife Information Centre (TWIC) conference in Musselburgh, near Edinburgh, on Saturday 29^th April 2017. The Great Crested Newt Detectives Project is funded by the Heritage Lottery Fund, Scottish Natural Heritage and Amphibian and Reptile Conservation.
