Amphibian and Reptile Conservation (ARC) is committed to maintaining the highest standards in all its work. We view complaints as an opportunity to learn, reflect, and improve. This policy sets out a clear and fair process for handling complaints promptly, efficiently, and transparently. This policy applies to all complaints made against ARC and includes provisions for responding to individuals in vulnerable circumstances.
